3D Hot AIR Balloon Artworks

Feel free to use different materials do decorate the background, watercolour paint, ink, crayons or even Koki’s.


Materials required:

  1. 1 x A3 white page, 200g – 240g paper

  2. 3 x A4 white page, 200g – 240g paper

  3. Shaving foam (not shaving cream!)

  4. Dinner plate/ paper plate

  5. Small plate or cup (we used small glass bowls)

  6. Acrylic ink or food colouring

  7. Straw

  8. Sosatie stick

  9. Pencil

  10. Eraser

  11. Permanent marker

  12. Pastel Crayons

  13. Glue stick

  14. Scissors

This boy used the opportunity to think outside the box, which should always be encouraged!

He wanted to create a car. I gave him a slightly smaller glass to trace (so that he could fit 6 circles in his shaving cream prints to create two 3D wheels).
