TED HARRISON INSPIRED LANDSCAPES

This is a great lesson to teach some art basics. Learn about one of Canada's most popular artists and create your own landscape inspired by his use of thick lines, bright colours and bold shapes.

Materials required:

  1. A3 or A2 white page, 200 – 240g paper. The thicker the better.

  2. Painter’s tape

  3. Pencil

  4. Eraser

  5. Pastel Crayons

  6. Water Colour Paint

  7. A Thick and a thin / medium brush

  8. Printouts (Ted Harrison artworks)

  9. Hand towel, one per child

  10. Water in a jug
