CRAFTS FOR AGES 1 TO 3
You can pick any lessons that you like and work at a speed that you and your students feel comfortable with. Always remember to make the craft first before presenting a class. We will be uploading new lessons on an ongoing basis.

We recommend this craft for demo days. It’s easy and a lot of fun. Remember to share photos and the OT writeup after class.
Even children experience stress and unhappiness. In this lesson, they were given the opportunity to reflect in a safe environment on emotions and behaviour by making a “calm down boat bottle”, which can be used as a tool to bring about calmness.
TOWER OF DONUTS
Create a fun game to play at home. The children continued learning about shapes and colours through a craft activity which allowed them to use their minds while engaging in an activity using their hands.
Create a colourful dinosaur mask, and had the opportunity to think, learn and talk about dinosaurs.
Make a tin toy and learned about colour matching and the different sounds that ordinary tins can create!
Make a made a pretty 3D flower and give the children the opportunity to learn about the basic parts which make up a flower, so that they will be able to identify them in their homes, gardens and school gardens.
The children were able to learn how common things like sweeties can be made into different shapes and sizes and can be non edible but fun.
Through making your own worms the children will learn about different textures and the different sounds those textures are able to make while also learning about the little slimy worms that sometimes live in the ground.
Create your own rain sticks and do rain dance using your self-made instruments. Introducing your child to music is an easy and fun way to interact with them.
